This special formula contains castor oil, a natural irritant to moles, gophers and other burrowing animals. Castor oil penetrates deep into the soil to deter animals where they burrow. Our convenient deterrent pellets arrive ready-to-use! To begin treating affected areas, spread granules over areas you wish to protect and lightly water the area. Product can be applied directly from the bag or by using a broadcast or drop spreader. For best results, follow the full detailed instructions on the product label. When used as directed, this long-lasting, ready-to-spray pellets treat up to 5,000 square feet of outdoor space and can last up to 3 months! When used as directed this product is people and pet safe and will not harm grass, flowers, or desirable garden plants.
